Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
feralangler14 said:My dear friends, I have been battling agonizing menstrual cramps for years now. I feel as though I have tried absolutely everything under the sun—at this point, I suppose the only thing left to do is give birth and see if that finally brings some relief.
On the first day, I typically take about six to eight 400mg ibuprofen tablets combined with Excedrin, and in extreme cases, I even resort to a Voltaren suppository. Nothing else seems to touch the pain. If I happen to delay that first dose even slightly, I end up losing consciousness, at which point my husband has to rush me to the emergency room. There, they administer a medicinal cocktail that provides relief for maybe three or four hours before the entire ordeal starts all over again. I have undergone numerous medical tests, and the diagnosis is always the same: you have a perfectly healthy uterus that simply suffers from intense contractions.
My sincere advice to you all is to stay warm, drink as much liquid as possible, and just try to endure it!

If you’re the type who likes trying every possible avenue, maybe give a good chiropractor a shot. Just sit down and talk to them first, then try to just relax. Trust me, I’m speaking from experience because I’ve been through the ringer too.

He’s a chiropractor, plain and simple! Honestly, whoever you decide to go with, just make sure they are an actual doctor—not some random person pretending they can crack bones!! Real chiropractors have eight years of schooling under their belts. You can find them all over the US, from New York to Chicago to LA (there are probably more everywhere else too, but hey, I don't know everything, and I trust the pros!)

For 30 years straight, I was basically calling my local priest instead of a doctor because I thought it was just time to go get help—even though I’d usually just pop a Ketoral Retard and call it a day. BUT THEN, total enlightenment strikes!! I met this chiropractor who explained everything to me; apparently, all that pain was actually coming from terrible communication between my brain and my ovaries. He used his incredibly skilled hands to fix the misalignment in my vertebrae (right between the shoulder blades) in just one single adjustment, and oh my gosh, it's been SIX years now and I don't even feel like I'm due for another visit unless I check my calendar!!!!!!! I am just over the moon!
Girls, listen, it isn't always about chemistry, and it isn't always about relying on synthetic medical fixes.
I truly, from the bottom of my heart, want you all to be brave and take care of yourselves—make the choice to live a life free from the chemicals!!
