Yeah, probably from that. It hurts like hell anyway, so who knows... if the doctor says everything's fine, I guess it's fine... 😁

I think that’s pretty standard; the mammary glands tend to swell up a bit right before your period starts.
Whew, okay, good. Glad it's not just me... 😛
I’m always freaking out about my health, honestly. Probably just a total hypochondriac... 😁
But I actually went to my OB-GYN for this a few months back. He did the whole routine checkup, everything felt fine, and he said it's just glandular tissue. Still doesn't totally calm my nerves, though...
Hey everyone, how do your breasts act right before or during your period?
Mine are acting super weird. I felt this lump and went to see my OBGYN, and he just poked at it and said everything was fine (but that was it...)
Now I’m just waiting for this damn period to show up, because both of them ache, and I already felt another weird lump on one of them... they both just hurt...
What about you guys?
I don't know. My doctor gave me a full checkup and said everything looked fine. But I only went in because of the shaking, not the loss of appetite.
You think it's just nerves?
Hey guys,
I’ve got a bit of a situation. I've been shaking like crazy for a few days now—not all the time, but mostly at night. It settles down if I take a sedative or just try to chill out myself.
Yesterday I felt super weak too, couldn't even keep food down. Went to see my doctor, ran blood work, checked my blood pressure... everything came back totally normal.
I have no clue why I'm shaking like this... anyone else ever dealt with something similar?
Ugh, this Southern heat is absolutely killing me!! 😠
I can’t even sleep properly, my mood is totally trashed, I have zero motivation, I just want to crawl under the covers and pass out... but I can't!
And don't even get me started on the buses and subways... I step on, collapse, step on, collapse. Okay, maybe it's not *that* dramatic, but still...
Not sure if you guys are feeling this too. 🤷 I haven't really dealt with any headaches yet, but honestly, that's probably just because I don't have a mountain of homework or have to sprint from one side of the city to the other...👎
I'm just not feeling school or anything else right now, I seriously have zero energy... If it were up to me, I'd just hide in bed and binge movies all day 😁
What are you guys doing to stay sane in this weather?
