Dealing with bad cramps?

I’m scrolling through these posts and honestly, I can't stop laughing. It’s my first day of my period, and all I have in the house is some Buscopan (I just took my first dose, so I'll let you know if it actually does anything). I’ve already been back to the toilet for the fifth time today. Don't even get me started on the cramps. Anyway, I'm just going to keep things light and keep reporting in. 😁
