I’ve been taking Zaldiar—honestly, they’re the most effective ones I've tried so far. Usually, it's what they hand out at the ER when you show up in pain.
For me, the first day is the absolute worst. I spend the entire night and then the whole next day just stuck in bed. Everything else is nothing compared to that—even if I still have pain on the other days, that first day is a total disaster.
