Dealing with bad cramps?

People claim ibuprofen is the same thing as Advil, but they’re wrong. I take one Advil and feel fine; I take four of the other stuff and nothing happens. Plus, you can grab Advil over the counter while the other brand is strictly prescription. It's clearly just kid's medicine.😕
