Man, I am such a tea lover—this one is seriously good. 😁I went looking for it at my local CVS—but no luck there—so I swung by a health food shop instead and grabbed a ton of tea. It’s super affordable, too—and honestly, way better since it's loose leaf rather than those cheap little tea bags.😁 I'm actually feeling pretty great—though I feel like I might be running a little behind schedule... It’s only my third day on this, taking it twice a day (I brew it super strong, mmm)—so I'm not entirely sure if it'll kick in before my appointment next Thursday or Friday.😢
I was actually doing a little Google search on the topic—and honestly, it’s such a lifesaver for my aches and pains. There is just so much wonderful info out there about it!🙂

And that was just for the first day of this heavy flow. It’s day four now, zero issues, and honestly? It looks like I might even wrap this up tomorrow—usually, I’m stuck dragging through 7 or 8 days. Thank God for those herbal teas, seriously... they actually let me go out and hang with friends instead of being chained to my bed in agony. Sending you all the good vibes—hope this works for you too. I've been sipping two cups a day throughout my whole cycle, then bumping it up to three when things get real.
Oh, thank you so much!🙂 I'm definitely writing that down right now—I'll grab some and start drinking it daily. I'll be sure to report back on how it goes, obviously.🙂🙂

I didn't want to go on birth control just to deal with the pain, so my doctor actually suggested herbal tea—like Vitex or Evening Primrose...So far, the Vitex is actually helping, thank God!
I think I'll give that Vitex tea a shot then—fingers crossed it does the trick... And honestly, it's so refreshing to hear someone choosing a natural path... pills aren't the only answer. I tried them briefly and while they killed the pain, the side effects were absolutely awful—never again. I'm staying optimistic that some good old-fashioned herbs will get the job done.🙂
So here I am—day two of this pain, feeling totally miserable and honestly just really angry😢...I’m doing alright enough to type right now, otherwise I wouldn't be able to... Sitting up actually helps ease the cramps, though being stuck like that all day is exhausting. When I try to lie down, things get way, way worse. It’s happened before where the pain jolts me awake in the middle of the night—then I have to grab some Advil and prop myself up with four pillows, putting them on my knees just so I can rest my head. Once the pain finally lets up after about three hours, then I can finally pass out.😢 My OB-GYN didn't find anything unusual; apparently, I'm perfectly healthy... I'm the first one in my family to deal with this kind of pain.
Look, it isn't "normal" to me, and people can say whatever they want—dying from pain and everything else that comes with it, plus these heavy, endless bleeding sessions... Something has to be causing this imbalance. Maybe it's different for everyone—I'm no expert, obviously—but for me, this kind of bleeding just isn't right...🤷
