My Mommy is currently fighting breast cancer. The doctors managed to surgically remove the tumor, and she’s in the middle of chemo right now. During her last session, the medical team actually told her she doesn't need radiation—apparently, because they got the whole thing out and it hasn't spread to any lymph nodes (no metastasis), radiation isn't indicated. So, the plan moving forward is just Herceptin. But honestly, I can't help feeling this nagging sense of doubt... even if the specialists say radiation isn't necessary, wouldn't it be better to just go through with it? You know, just to be safe and cover all the bases...?

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss...😢
How to gain weight? in Health ·
Kate Flores4 said:Look, once you hit your 30s, things change. If you're already running a calorie deficit now, you’re going to find it even harder to maintain your physique later. In your 30s, people who used to gain weight easily tend to put on more, while those who are naturally thin start to lose muscle mass. If you have a leaner build and need to fill out your frame, you need to focus on yin foods. Chocolate and anything containing chocolate is considered yang food, so don't expect it to help you gain weight.

Wait, what exactly counts as Yin vs. Yang food? I'm a bit lost here... and I definitely don't get how eating chocolate wouldn't make me gain weight...🤔
