As far as I know, the doctor didn't mention anything about a biventricular pacemaker. Do you know where she could get one installed and how long the waitlist usually is?
Also, how often would she need to go in for adjustments, and does it actually help much?
-I'm not sure if this is relevant, but she just had an amputation last week. She's still in the hospital right now, and next week they're planning to implant a permanent pacemaker.
Someone close to me just had nearly half their foot amputated because of gangrene. It started out as this tiny little cut on their big toe, but they didn't act fast enough, and things just spiraled. By the time doctors stepped in, the infection had spread to the pinky toe too, so they had to surgically remove all the toes.
So, my questions are: what are the odds that this is the end of it? Like, can someone actually walk without any toes? How much does it affect them, and is there anything we can do to make walking easier? Also, I know it varies wildly for everyone, but on average, how fast does gangrene usually progress?
I’m looking for a solid nutritionist recommendation in Chicago. Also, how does the process even work? Like, do I need a referral from my doctor, or can I just book someone directly? And does it cost a ton...
I'm thinking about hitting up a nutritionist to chat about my diet and stuff. Does anyone know who I should see in Chicago, and how does the whole process work? Like, do I need a referral from my primary care doctor, or can I just go private? And if it's private, any idea what the damage is going to be?
Hey there,
Does anyone happen to know what a print by that academic painter Kosta Angeli Radovani might be worth? It’s a piece from '75, showing his typical female nudes, but there are four women in this specific one.
