Art appraisals/valuations?

Hey everyone,
Not totally sure where to drop this, so I figured I'd start here on the forum.
I inherited this painting from my grandma and I'm dying to know if I've actually got something valuable on my hands. It’s signed by a T. Kroflin.
Anyone ever heard of this artist? If you need to see it, I can definitely post a photo...
Thanks in advance!
