CRP is elevated. You might have an infection lurking somewhere—could be anything from a dental issue to something else entirely.
If you start noticing any of those symptoms I mentioned earlier, like running a fever for no apparent reason, or feeling chills and shaking during the night, make sure to ask for an ESR test as well.

The gallbladder? Unlikely. There’s no bilirubin showing up in the image, and since there’s no diastase in the urine or blood, we can't confidently claim the gallbladder is part of this equation. Beyond that, the guy only has an elevated CRP; his white blood cell count is steady, and there isn't any neutrophil shift. As far as I can tell, there isn't a single specific indicator pointing us in any particular direction right now.

Fatty liver, most likely. That’s probably why you’re feeling that pain—it's essentially the capsule stretching under the pressure. Does the discomfort persist regardless of what you eat, or does it seem to trigger at a specific interval after a meal?

Go ahead and paste those lab results here—especially if you have the biochemistry panel. I'm looking for liver enzymes, alkaline phosphatase, LDH, and that sort of thing. Also, tell me if you’ve been dealing with random bouts of fever in the middle of the night, any shortness of breath, or issues like bronchitis. Have you noticed any red spots or rashes on your lower legs or elsewhere? Are your joints swollen or painful? And finally, are you experiencing sudden surges of fatigue, difficulty breathing, or that sensation of being unable to catch your breath?
The issue here is that bloodwork can reveal an incredible amount of information, though it all depends entirely on which specific biochemical markers you choose to investigate. You can dig quite deep if you know where to look. Honestly, just close Google; you aren't going to find any real answers there.
If you want to actually get somewhere with a diagnosis, you have to be prepared for a grueling marathon of testing. We’re talking a mountain of ultrasounds, colonoscopies, endoscopies, CT scans, and more. Then there’s the bloodwork—most of those specialized panels aren't part of a standard physical; you only see them if a specialist flags something specific, like a suspected autoimmune issue. The reality is that over the last decade or so, we've seen a massive surge in autoimmune diagnoses. It’s been a literal boom. While most conditions have some form of treatment—or even a cure—there are certain outliers where the conversation shifts toward survival windows of two to five years, give or take. But frankly, you aren't anywhere near that territory yet, and dwelling on it right now is just counterproductive. Don't exhaust yourself with the worst-case scenarios; most of the time, it turns out to be something far less significant.

The subject matter seems to revolve around the Illyrian Movement. I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on the historical context or provide a rough estimate of its value. Would something like this even be marketable? To be perfectly honest, I know next to nothing about art or painters, so any guidance would be appreciated.

The dimensions look to be about 1.20 by 80, if I had to guess.
