Since you can't stand the slim-top, wide-bottom look, we have nothing left to discuss. Period. I can't stand anything else. It doesn't have to be this suffocating, obviously, but the top needs an elegant, geometric cut. And a zipper is a non-negotiable requirement. Buttons are ugly. None of these modern experiments with pockets and weird seam lines—one pocket up here, another down there, or two different lengths of standard pockets. These little "adventures" in design disgust me. That's why I say, Lewis
was the gold standard before the war. Not anymore.
Anyway, in my opinion, things always look more elegant when they lean toward being slim rather than baggy. But hey, if you belong to the new generation and you're 17 or 18 and a rapper, I guess the opposite works for you.
Come on, send me a link to something you actually think is elegant and fits your "style." I’ll tell you exactly what I think once I see it. No games.
By the way, what are these VJC and JC models? I have no idea what those even are. Give me some details; maybe it's something decent, who knows?
