I honestly think Agritourism has its own unique vibe
Why? Well, look, not everyone is obsessed with the ocean. Some people spend their lives staring at mountains and just want to be out in the plains. Some folks live for fishing, while others just want to disappear for the weekend to forget about their soul-crushing urban grind.
It all comes down to how you design the experience for your guests. You have to figure out what they’re actually craving, then whip up an offer using a bit of creativity and some old-fashioned grit.
Personally, I’m still just getting my feet wet in this business. Right now, it's a lot of sending emails, trying to get the family estate in order, and sketching out what we can offer. Honestly, I feel like I missed the boat this year. Next year, I need to stop playing around and get dead serious about making this happen.
