It’s pretty obvious you’re dealing with an infection that likely cropped up right alongside a bladder infection. While antibiotics are great at clearing out the bladder issues, they often come with a nasty little side effect: triggering a fungal overgrowth. Personally, after finishing a round of antibiotics once, I felt like my nether regions were practically on fire. For me, a good cream and some vaginal suppositories were the only way to get things back to normal.
That being said, your best bet is to go see a gynecologist. It's better to let a professional run the diagnostics and give you a proper diagnosis rather than guessing.

Besides, why even ask? Haven't you ever heard that gynecologists perform abortions privately too? Of course they take cash under the table to line their pockets—just like how they’ll run an ultrasound without ever issuing a receipt... I'm talking about what happens here in Washington, D.C.; I wouldn't know about smaller towns, where things might be handled differently. 🤷

Well, everyone finds *something* about this situation unbearable! Of course, one could argue it would be more "humane" to go through with the birth since the process is already underway... But let's look at the practicalities: she is still essentially a child herself, someone who will now be responsible for nourishing another life! Regarding gynecologists—calling that "nonsense" is a bit much. Their job is to refer you to a hospital. The most they can really do is give you a referral for an ultrasound, which is mandatory anyway, so you might as well save some cash on $33. That’s the extent of it.
Honey, listen, you need to go to a hospital. If you're only four weeks pregnant, it's too early because they won't see anything on an ultrasound yet. Wait until you're about seven or eight weeks along. You'll need the check-up, get the procedure ordered, and that's that. Prices vary wildly, ranging from places in small towns like Columbus where it might be $200 all the way up to major hospitals in Chicago where it could be $500. I mention Chicago specifically because they tend to be the most compassionate regarding these matters. Though, even there, you might run into those pamphlets filled with modern-day Christian moralizing, trying to tell you that you're a murderer. It's funny how those same pamphlets won't bother explaining why our great-grandmothers were practicing folk medicine or traditional rituals a few centuries ago; apparently, we aren't allowed to judge them for that.
In any case, head to a hospital. But you're still a bit early. Wait until you hit the two-month mark.

The issue isn't about "private abortion clinics," it's about private OB-GYN offices where you can actually have the procedure done without being sent to a hospital or sitting in a waiting room with a massive crowd of other women (and trust me, there are plenty)!

Actually, four weeks isn't too early at all. An ultrasound provides very clear results by then, so there’s really no reason to wait until eight weeks when the process becomes more complicated and painful!

Look, I’m not here to lecture you; I believe you’ve made up your mind about wanting to terminate this pregnancy. You're young—young for both parenting and for the procedure itself. Ultimately, it's your call. Personally, though, the idea of giving birth only to face the fallout of life's failures later on sounds much worse to me... and that's even more daunting if you don't have parental support (which is vital at your age) or a father who's actually in the picture!
If you've already decided (or even if you're still weighing things), get to a gynecologist immediately—ideally tomorrow—and get an exam.
Abortion is typically performed up to the 12th week, but the sooner you act, the easier it will be for you (at your stage, a suction curettage is likely all that's needed). The longer you wait, the more difficult and painful the process becomes, both physically and emotionally.
Someone mentioned earlier that the cost is roughly $500, and you can have the procedure done at a hospital or a private clinic.
