Thanks, velvetmoose9.
Clearly I failed. You described it better than I could—that sensation of skipping right over some kind of "hitch." The pain isn't unbearable; it's negligible while I'm resting, and I don't even need meds for it.
I have a diagnosis. The last line reads: "no signs of acute trauma," but the doctor left me confused. I got the feeling he doesn't agree with his colleague's ultrasound findings.
Hey,
Long story short—I tore a muscle. The doctor I saw kept hinting it was my latissimus dorsi, though he never actually gave me a straight diagnosis. Based on how he acted and the fact that my ultrasound came back totally clear, it feels like he’s implying a tear. I definitely heard and felt that sickening pop when it happened. Right now, the area just below my shoulder blade is swollen as hell, and I can barely move my arm without intense pain.
To top it off, he told me it doesn't really matter what the exact damage is because the treatment is all the same: rest, ice, and Voltaren.
Naturally, once I got home and started Googling stuff about these kinds of injuries, I started freaking out a little.
So, I have a question: how often does this actually require surgery? I’m assuming if it were truly serious, he wouldn't have just sent me home to lie on the couch.
Look, I’m being blunt because I don't see the point in dancing around it. I stalled on those other models because they’re budget options with decent dust filters—and I deal with serious allergies. But then I saw you basically have to walk on broken glass just to get near those specific vacuums. At this point, I'm just going to buy the exact one I want, even if it costs me an arm and a leg. It's an obsession. Call it what you want.
Honestly, the best-case scenario would be finding out the vacuum is actually garbage once I finally get my hands on it.
Thanks 😉
I checked that site too. Still a total dead end. Out of those 30 links, maybe two actually mention vacuums, but none of them have what I'm looking for. There's a similar model at Best Buy, but the only issue is they're on the complete opposite side of town and I don't have a car.
America is one of those rare places where you can't get exactly what you want, even when you know precisely what it is. And it's not just about vacuums—it applies to phones, MP3 players, and pretty much everything else under the sun.
Where can I pick this up using cash? No online nonsense or having to deal with money orders at the post office.
Where can I just walk in and buy the vacuum I want..?
Not that it matters much, it's just the cyclone ZCX6206.
Thanks.
