I think I’ve officially become addicted to that little green pocket inhaler. Ever since I had that one bad cold, I haven't been able to put it down—not that it actually helps my congestion much, but that's not really the point. I just find myself sniffing from it all day long. Do I actually need to quit? Is it harmful? I’d love to stop if I could, but I honestly have no idea how... plus, it smells so good. 😁
