Where can I find, buy, or... "borrow" these? (Mega-thread) :D

I've been hunting for some decent patches, but every time I find something I actually like, they turn out to be tiny. Like, maybe 4x3 inches or something—not really what I'm looking for.
Is there anywhere online that carries larger ones?
Or maybe somewhere in Chicago where I could pick some up in person?
