Hey everyone, I'd really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction—does anyone know where I can pick this up?

Just to be super clear—I'm not actually looking for the screws themselves. I need those little connector boxes that snap together, but they definitely need to have threading so the whole setup is way easier to put together!!
