Where can I find, buy, or... "borrow" these? (Mega-thread) :D

Hey there!! I’m on a mission and I need some help—urgent request for a decal strip with an Italian flag motif.
The goal here is simple: I finally want to finish up my soy motor and actually get it out on the road. To make that happen, I need the aforementioned strip, or something looking like this in the image below:

So, what I'm looking for is a strip that’s ideally waterproof and won't just fade away the second the sun hits it. Does anyone know where I can pick something like this up locally in the States?
Specs: about 4cm wide and roughly 2 meters long. I wouldn't mind if it comes in sections, as long as each piece is at least 50cm.
I tried hunting around on eBay, but honestly? Every time I order something through them, I end up waiting forever for it to arrive. And right now, I need this yesterday...
