Is it just me, or does the constant chatter from outside the locker room actually become a distraction? I’ve always thought that if you're a professional, you should be able to tune out the critics, but it’s hard to stay focused when people are constantly betting against you before you've even stepped on the field.

I remember watching a team a few years back that seemed totally unfazed by the disrespect. They just kept their heads down and let the results do the talking. On the flip side, I've seen plenty of squads get caught up in the drama and start playing with a chip on their shoulder that eventually turns into something toxic. There's a very fine line between using doubt as fuel and letting it mess with your chemistry.

At what point does acknowledging the haters become a liability instead of a motivator?
Hello there! Could someone please point me in the right direction—where in the city might I find those little paper period trackers, you know, the ones you fill out by hand on cardstock? I've popped into a few local pharmacies, but everyone just tells me they don't stock them and suggests I download some mobile app instead, which really isn't my cup of tea at all. Thank you so much!
