Lately, it feels like whenever a top-tier team rolls into town against a basement dweller, the outcome is basically decided before the first pitch. It takes some of the fun out of watching, doesn't it? Is anyone actually rooting for the underdogs anymore, or is it just a formality at this point?

Is there anyone from Cleveland who could list all the martial arts available in town?
If this has already been covered in previous posts, sorry, I just can't get through 54 pages of threads.
I'm specifically looking for practical, effective striking styles involving hands and feet. I'm guessing kickboxing fits that description.
I think Savate or boxing exist too. Maybe I'd prefer something Eastern.
I don't know exactly what I want yet. I figure the first step is seeing what's out there, checking out some training sessions, and then deciding.
