Zach Randolph (knee) is out for Tuesday's game.

I expect the spread to shift a few points in Memphis' favor now, though I'm still weighing my options... if they land at -5, I’d probably take them, maybe even around 6 or 7, but honestly, I'm leaning towards passing on it unless things change...

DeMarcus Cousins will play in Tuesday's game against the Grizzlies, but he will not be in the starting lineup.

As for the Grizzlies, Zach Randolph's status is still a bit of a question mark, so we might have to wait until tip-off to know for sure, though I have a feeling he’ll probably suit up... After that massive 40-point loss last time out, where things looked pretty grim for the Gay, you really expect to see a major response, and honestly, I could see this turning into a total blowout tonight because if they're going to take their frustrations out on anyone, it'll be a young, inexperienced Sacramento Kings team... Their only real road struggle so far was that trip to Portland where they got hammered by 30, so while they'll likely pick up some wins at home like they usually do, I don't expect them to fare much better on the road...

Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see😁

If we hadn't actually seen it play out on the court, I'd say this was exactly how things should have gone...

It looks like we won't be seeing Kris Humphries on the court for Monday's game against the Pacers duo because he's currently dealing with a shoulder injury...

You've got to be kidding me 😳

Well, okay, sure, they're used to flying, but it's more about the rhythm of it—flying from one game straight into a formal dinner, then a funeral, and then back to a game... 😁 I don't mean to sound like a jerk or imply I'm being cynical, and I'm certainly not saying he'll be a total disaster, but if he ends up having an off night and shoots 20 times just to sink three baskets, it really wouldn't be a shocker... there are just way too many "what ifs" hanging in the air here, and honestly, the Warriors aren't exactly an unstoppable force...

Denver -4.5

If this weren't a back-to-back situation, I'd say the spread should be closer to 10 points, but since they're playing on no rest, it's sitting at just 4.5... It’s definitely tough to pull off three games in a row, but Denver is such a well-balanced squad with incredible depth, especially with a bench where any of those 3 or 4 guys can step in for a starter without missing a beat, so I don't see fatigue being a massive factor quite this early in the season... They just took down the Lakers yesterday, so they'll be riding that momentum straight into a matchup against a struggling Sacramento team in two days, which means they won't have to hold anything back... The Bucks always seem to struggle when they're on the road, and last year they were a mess in the West with a 9-21 record, losing convincingly to Denver both times they met... They've managed a 2-1 start, but honestly, they've had a pretty soft schedule so far, and now that they're playing without Dunleavy, I really don't think they'll be able to pull anything special out of this one

The Phoenix Suns are looking pretty rough lately, yet they’re holding steady at -3.5 and have been sitting around -4.5 all day long, which feels strange since the Golden State Warriors are such a popular public bet, though I haven't actually seen anyone pick Phoenix yet while the action on GS seems to be piling up... It’s going to be tough without Lee, considering he usually puts up about 20 points a game, and while Ellis is expected to play, he’s dealing with some serious family issues right now, so I really don't think we can count on him bringing any extra energy to the court... Plus, Curry still hasn't quite gotten his ankle back to 100%... On top of that, the Warriors traditionally struggle when they're on the road and they have a pretty terrible record against this team, but then again, the Suns haven't managed a home win yet and are sitting at 0-2, so I'm just not sure if I want to touch this one as a major bet... just my two cents
Denzel Washington in Movies ·
He always seems to land in the same types of roles, and while his movies are consistently solid, good, or even very good, I just don't feel like he hits that absolute peak of greatness, at least in my personal opinion. Those are my main gripes, but regardless, he is such a talented actor that you always know exactly what you're getting, and while it might be hard to be disappointed, it can be just as tough to be truly blown away...☕

Jeffrey Fisher61 said:I think you might have misread her there, because she’s saying she isn't just some little girl since she's actually a vampire, in the sense that "I'm not a girl, I'm not even human"

besides, IMDb lists the character as female anyway...

In the novel, Eli (which can be a unisex name) is actually a castrated male, and that's how it works in the Let the Right One in trailer too, though when Americans remade it, they renamed the character Abby and completely cut out that whole part about the castration...

I watched this maybe a few months back, and honestly, I can barely recall much about it now, other than the general impression that some crazy Americans decided to remake the exact same movie, yet somehow it just didn't hit the same way... I feel like I remember practically every single scene from the original version...

Richard Wilson4 said:I actually enjoyed the movie, though I agree with a few people here—it would have been better if she turned him into a vampire instead of letting him just grow up.

My take on it was a little different, perhaps a bit darker 😁
She really ended up without any kind of "guardian," someone to handle the killing or look after her... and you saw for yourself how their relationship played out, there wasn't exactly a sense of love coming from her side. So... hmm, is it possible that this friendship with the Oscar winner is just her way of securing a new guardian for the next 50 years, or at least someone to help pull her suitcase around...
