You should check out www.mustang.com—they're located over in the Lincoln Park area, where I train myself. The coach is actually a national champion in Muay Thai... the crew is great, too. It’s intense work, though—there isn't really any messing around, just a ton of hard work and discipline. I guess that's just how it goes if you want to get good.🙂
