Hey guys! So, I’m looking into self-defense classes here in the States... where can I actually sign up for something? Is it usually through a local MMA gym or more like a specialized martial arts club? I’ve been scouring the web but honestly, I’m coming up empty. Any leads would be amazing! Thanks a bunch..
