Rotate through with your hips and legs, then extend the arm almost all the way. That's how you get power—by putting your whole body weight behind it. Just remember: use the rear straight, watch your contact point, and engage your entire body. You'll see the difference. Look up proper rear straight techniques on YouTube and try applying that. In the meantime, leave that hand alone. I wouldn't recommend hitting the same spot again for maybe two weeks. Otherwise, you're just going to wreck an already injured hand.
It's the rear straight, but honestly, how 🙂
you move matters too—like, you gotta sort of step into it, I guess? Your fist needs to travel in a pretty straight path, and if I recall correctly, you should also
keep your forearm at maybe a ten or twenty-degree angle outward rather than keeping it totally flat against the floor... and having that right wrist tension right at the moment of impact is huge, so you really need to develop that feel for it.
There's just no way you're gonna get any real results if you're just standing there stationary.
