I managed to track down the driver here.
That MSN number was giving me a real headache—turns out I found it tucked right under the laptop 😂 my bad 😂

Thanks—that actually sorted out the "Wireless LAN Adapter" driver issue for me. Now I just need to track down this other one (the standard wired one), since my buddy doesn't have any Wi-Fi setup at his place.

The motherboard is a Dell Latitude
As for the network settings—when I check the Task Manager, it shows up as a "1394 Net Adapter," but then Amazon reports it as a "Realtek Fast Ethernet Controller." Since this is a laptop, I'm honestly a bit confused about which one is actually being used 🤷
I'm looking for a direct download link for this specific driver—if anyone could point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate the help.

The GT 240 is honestly pretty weak—especially if you're looking to actually play games. It isn't going to cut it for anything modern.👎
If I were in your shoes, I might suggest looking at either a GAINWARD GT440 or maybe a Sapphire HD 5670(they're in a similar price bracket, but offer much better performance) from Newegg.
