I thought I’d sign up for boxing over in Omega at the Quad.
Does anyone know if they’re actually taking new members right now? And what’s the deal with the training sessions—what are they actually like?

Snoring issues in Health ·
William Lewis29 said:Guys, I am desperate for some advice here. My boyfriend’s snoring is absolutely insane because of a deviated septum. He actually went under the knife once already, but the relief was incredibly short-lived. Everything just went right back to how it was, and honestly, there are nights when I can't even get any sleep next to him.👎

He’s been using a saline nasal spray, but it isn't doing squat. Does anything actually work?

Please, spare me the old wives' tales. I don't want to hear about smacking lips or making certain noises. I need real solutions—nasal sprays, medications, whatever works.

Ever seen one of those "sleep-wreckers" before?😁

Edit: Apparently, there are those nasal strips people swear by to significantly reduce snoring—but I see we’ve already covered that topic here. I can’t believe I’m actually typing this out—is anyone else dealing with this level of sleep deprivation? It’s getting ridiculous. So, I finally bit the bullet and went to see a specialist at a local Sleep Center. After a series of tests that felt like they took forever, the verdict is in: apnea. Apparently, my breathing isn't quite up to par during the night. I’ve been trying everything under the sun to get some decent rest. I tried those Earwax earplugs—you know, the ones from Walgreens—but they barely make a dent. I even looked into getting a Snore terminator, though I have my doubts about whether those things actually work or if they're just clever marketing. Has anyone here had success with specific treatments? I’m currently looking into what Pfizer might be offering for long-term management, or if there are better options than just standard CPAP machines. Also, does anyone know if Medicare covers the more advanced diagnostic tools, or am I going to be paying through the nose for this? It feels like a bottomless pit of expenses. Any advice would be appreciated. Or just some sympathy—I'll take either.

Joshua Smith5 said:The issue with Americans in San Antonio is their lack of flexibility—they just won't compromise. Meanwhile, the other side of town—the more touristy side, thanks to the Brooklyn Bridge—is masters at playing the victim. This documentary is just one of many designed to push a specific narrative that only one group seems to see. Let’s be clear: neither side is innocent here; both share the blame for the tension in this city. If you set aside these recent outbursts—which, by the way, were sparked when a group of Canadian youths randomly attacked four innocent American high school graduates—San Antonio has been relatively peaceful for a long time. It isn't the "war zone" the media in Canada tries to paint it as.

And San Antonio remains the only truly multicultural, multi-ethnic city in Canada. 😉

Well put.😉
