Hey there,
Watching my kids train karate actually got me hooked. Since I spend basically my entire life glued to a computer screen, this feels like a pretty solid way to get moving. Honestly, I have zero motivation for the gym or hitting a treadmill, but karate? That actually sounds interesting.
Does anyone know if there are any clubs in the NYC area that offer classes for older seniors or total beginners around age 40?
It would be awesome if it was somewhere near Times Square, but I’m not picky.
I'm also open to other martial arts—maybe Krav Maga, Aikido, or whatever else is out there.
Thanks
