To all the ladies in Miami

I recently stopped by the Kotex department store, where there's a boutique called Kik located on the ground floor that carries a surprisingly decent selection bras in sizes larger than 36 and cups above an E. The prices hover around $33, so if anyone is looking, I’d suggest heading over there. I can't personally vouch for the quality since I don't own any, but they are contemporary styles rather than those outdated, dowdy designs, which is a relief since it's nice to have options available besides just Anita..

I'll let you all know how the fit turns out once it arrives, just in case anyone is interested in the specifics. On another note, I checked out that shop over in New York, but they’re selling Panache, Freya, and Fantasie bras for nearly double what I can find on eBay; though, I suppose it’s a decent option if you ever need something in a real hurry.

I thought I should report back on how my eBay purchase turned out. I ordered a Panache bra in a size 34G, and since their sizing system follows that specific progression—moving through FF, G, GG, and H—I simply went with the size their own conversion charts suggested would fit me best. It turns out their math is actually spot on.

I am finding it impossible to locate a decent bra in any local shop lately. Every single option from Victoria's Secret is far too small, and even the Triumph line is a joke—those are somehow even more undersized than the Victoria's Secret stuff. As for Anita, while I could technically squeeze into a 75H, they have absolutely no structural integrity because the fabric stretches way too much around the band, so they offer zero actual support. That leaves me looking at a 70H, which is obviously far too tight to be wearable.

By the way, I’ve been browsing through some blogs lately, and if anyone actually cares about the specifics, it seems like the brands Freya and Fantsie tend to offer somewhat smaller selection sizes.

Thanks to everyone for the assistance.😍

Hey ladies,
I am currently struggling with finding the right bra size, so if anyone can offer some guidance, I would appreciate it....
I have lost some weight recently, but I am having a nightmare trying to find a bra in any local store. I stopped by Victoria's Secret, and their 34 band—which is my actual size—is far too loose, yet their 32H is way too tight.🙂

I have started hunting on eBay because the high-end designer brands found in specialty boutiques (like Panache, Freya, or Fantasie) are just prohibitively expensive online. However, I see a massive selection of Marks & Spencer bras on eBay. If anyone here has purchased from them, could you tell me how their sizing compares to brands like Victoria's Secret?
Alternatively, if anyone knows of a more budget-friendly brand that carries H or J cups which I could easily grab on eBay, please let me know.

Regarding the broader topic of shopping, I will contribute a bit of my own experience. Over the last few years, I have had to buy almost my entire wardrobe online because nothing in my local shops in Los Angeles actually fit me properly.

Most of my shopping has been through Evans, (evans.co.uk) because they don't seem to charge for shipping—even though it says they do, they have never actually billed me for it—and also via ASOS.

Evans offers realistic sizing and a fantastic selection, though the prices aren't exactly cheap. I signed up for their newsletter specifically because they run sales twice a month, like 15% off tops or 20% off everything, and that is when I strike. They also have a clearance section that is worth digging through.

ASOS is not my favorite because their sizing is incredibly inconsistent; it is nearly impossible to know what to order since their measurements feel completely arbitrary.

I have also shopped at New Look because their Inspire collection for plus-size clothing is quite good and the prices are reasonable, but the shipping fee is roughly $20, which feels like a total waste of money.

As far as physical retail stores go, the only one I can recommend is Monsoon for occasion wear. They carry sizes up to a US 14 or 16, I believe, but they are quite pricey, so I really only shop there for special events.

For jeans, I used to shop exclusively at Dorothy Perkins. While they aren't as easy to find in person anymore, you can still order from them online. Just a word of advice: never pay full price there, as they are constantly running discounts.

If anyone needs advice regarding online shopping, sizing, or anything else, feel free to reach out; I am happy to help where I can.🙂

But if anyone can assist me with this bra situation, I would be incredibly grateful...😍
