So, I recently went in for some testing regarding TBC, and now my doctors are starting to suspect tuberculosis. I’m currently on medication, yet I’m still heading into school—which is absolutely miserable because I have to sit there and endure everyone's stares—all while dealing with the nasty side effects from these heavy-duty drugs. What I really need to know is: can these medical suspicions actually be right? What should my next move be? And honestly, how much of a risk am I posing to the people around me? So... my period started about two years ago, and I feel like things have finally leveled out a bit. Now, my mom is insisting on taking me to see an OB-GYN just to make sure everything is functioning correctly. One question I have is: do I actually even need to go see a specialist? And if so, why?
On top of that, back in January, I ended up getting my period twice. That second one really caught me off guard—it was honestly pretty startling. Does this mean my entire cycle is going to be a mess for the rest of the year?🤷 My second question is whether I should be worried about this happening. My mom claims it’s because I won't wear slippers (which, frankly, I absolutely despise), but I don't buy it. Just to be clear, I haven't been sexually active.
