I was just wondering, does anyone actually do anything about the restaurant in cases like this, like, do they send out a health inspector or something?

I’ve actually had something super similar happen to me, though it wasn't even triggered by working out!
Like, I'll just swallow my saliva and suddenly everything feels totally off, plus my voice sounds weirdly hollow, almost like I'm talking through a straw or something. It’s honestly such an awkward sensation, but it usually chills out after a bit, and sometimes I find that just swallowing again helps clear it right up.
Honestly, I haven't a clue what's actually going on there.
