Discharge (bloody, purulent...), white wash... - general questions

Honestly, I’ve been dealing with this whole washing situation myself—went to see my doctor and a gynecologist about it. I finished a seven-day course of therapy, but then everything seemed fine for just a few days before it all came back again. And just to be clear, I haven't even been intimate lately! I’ve tried all sorts of different pills and stuff, but nothing seems to stick. It’s been dragging on for about a year now.
