Double chin issues

Hey everyone, does anyone here have any experience using ultrasound to get rid of a double chin?? Like, what’s the best way to tackle it?? To be honest, I don't even have much body fat to speak of, yet this chin area just appeared out of nowhere and it's driving me crazy:/ I wonder if maybe it could be linked to issues with my stomach, like acid reflux or other digestive stuff??
