Yes, but she already had a uterine tumor (about 3 mm wide) previously—they actually removed her uterus and ovaries a year ago, and all her follow-ups were perfectly clear... this recent news just threw me for a loop—and honestly, I’m scared to death.
I've heard that an increase like this could just be the result of some kind of inflammation...

Adjacent to the left common iliac artery, there is an inhomogeneous formation measuring 11x25mm with low density; most likely a lymph node.
