For me, those stretchers didn't really do the trick 🤷, because my hair would just "snap back" to being curly anyway. I feel like this is a slightly more permanent fix 🙂

I actually have this little life hack that works wonders for me. I take some zip-lock bags—you know, the kind that slide shut really easily—fill them about a third of the way with water, and just tuck them right into my shoes or boots before tossing them in the freezer. Once I'm feeling totally frozen, I'll pull them out and let them sit for maybe 20 minutes to soften up just a bit, then I just pop the ice out of my footwear. It’s honestly perfect because the shape is already spot on; I don't have to spend time stomping them down or breaking them in to get comfortable. If you're dealing with real leather, you might need to run the whole process two or three times to get it just right.
I hope that helps!
