Tight-fitting shoes

guys help, okay so I bought these super high platform heels on Saturday, and even though I usually wear an 8, a 7 felt perfect but the 8 is just... weirdly huge? anyway, when I tried them on at Walgreens they felt amazing, so I was like "this is it," but then I get home and everything goes south... the left one fits like a dream but the right one is tight, like seriously tight. what do I even do?? I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding this Saturday and I have to wear these, plus there's no way I can exchange them now because I'm slammed and don't have anyone to run errands for me. also they aren't leather, they're more like some kind of satin material, so I don't even know what I can do without totally ruining them... is that whole thing with the water and the freezer actually worth a shot? I tried putting some fabric softener in today hoping maybe it would help, please let me know if you have any ideas!
