And obviously, I’ve been to the gynecologist—my Pap smear was fine, and I had a little yeast issue that I sorted out, but now I feel like I have to wear pads constantly!! Or change my underwear three times a day. It's gross... I always feel like I smell, and honestly, it's driving me insane... 🙂 My doctor tells me, "just wash properly," basically saying don't spray the shower head directly at everything, and that I should be grateful because so many women deal with dryness... Sometimes during my period, I get this redness and itching, so I just slather on some baby cream and it goes away, but seriously, it's enough to make you lose your mind!!

But honestly—they don't have a clue about certain things.

I dealt with similar issues myself—plus, I had this constant itching that just wouldn't quit—only to find out it was actually contact dermatitis from the liners (which is surprisingly common, especially for those sensitive to chamomile).
After just two days of ditching the daily liners entirely, all my problems vanished.

There's your answer right there.☕
The biggest issue is that you're leaking now—you feel like you need them, when ideally, you shouldn't need anything at all.

Every single pad I’ve ever tried feels like it's made of pure plastic—which explains why we end up feeling so "stifled" down there. It's basic biology, really.😠
Eventually, I stumbled upon a specific type that uses something similar to Gore-Tex, and let me tell you—I am never going back to anything else. It’s a game changer.
You can find them on Winalite Haeru.😉
