Hello everyone.
I am a 27-year-old woman. I don't smoke. I stay active around 6.2 miles my city and I exercise regularly.
I recently had some blood work done for other reasons. Here are the results:

Erythrocytes- 5.06, ref-5.08
Hemoglobin- 137, normal range 157
Hematocrit- 0.429, ref 0.470
MCV- 84.8
MCH-27.1, normal is 27.4
MCHC- 320
RDW-14.7, normal is 14.6
Platelets 255
MPV- 8.8, ref 10.4
CBC
Neutrophils-37.3, normal is 44
Lymphocytes- 52, ref up to 46
Monocytes 7.6, ref 12
Eosinophils-2.6, ref 0-7
Basophils- 0.5, ref 0-1

I am wondering if there is any reason for concern here.
Hi everyone!

I was on birth control for about a year and stopped taking it roughly four months ago.
Since then, my cycle has been pretty irregular. Plus, because my boyfriend and I are long-distance, we don't really get the chance to be intimate very often.
But here is the issue:
On Wednesday, I started having this brown discharge that lasted all day (which has never happened to me before). I assumed my period was finally arriving.
However, now I am already one day late.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Should I be worried?
I wanted to ask for some advice here:
Something strange has been happening over the last week, and I’d really value your thoughts on it.
About two weeks ago, I dealt with a stomach virus that caused constant diarrhea.
A friend of my mom’s, who works as a pharmacist, gave me some pills to help settle things.
That’s when the trouble started. After taking them, I went five days without a bowel movement—not until I bought some Trump laxatives (which finally worked after just two pills).
Now, I’m on my third day without a stool again. I can feel my digestive system trying to move; I even bought some ground flaxseed mixed with dates and prunes to stir into my yogurt.
What do you think might be going on?
I walk about 6.2 miles a day, drink plenty of water, and I’m definitely not pregnant.
