Ruptured eardrum

So, I took a bit of a hit to my right ear and now things sound kind of muffled... honestly, there’s no pain at all, which is weird, but I was wondering if anyone here has dealt with something similar? Like, does anyone know if my hearing is actually going to come back to normal or if I should be worried
