Thanks so much, I really appreciate it..

And about the patience thing... look, I get it, I really do, but this is honestly the first time our family has ever dealt with a tumor diagnosis, so it’s been pretty heavy for me... thanks again, though. Everything feels a lot clearer now..👍
Alright, no problem at all..
Anyway, I'll get straight to the point... my little brother (he's 12) happened to feel this weird bump one day, just below that little moving cartilage on his right knee (about 10 cm down and slightly to the left of where the bone looks flat, right at the top of the shin bone). So, he and Mom went to see an orthopedic specialist today, and they explained it's just a benign growth—a tumor, specifically exostosis. It's basically just extra bone forming on the bone itself, maybe caused by a hit or just happening naturally. Mom told me it isn't dangerous and is easy to remove if needed, though they might not even have to do anything if there's no urgency, so they scheduled a follow-up for about six months from now...
I guess what I'm really wondering is, could this be a sign of anything else down the road? Like, could it lead to other tumors or even metastases or something? I honestly don't know anything about this stuff, and I think I'm just feeling a bit anxious because of that uncertainty...
A family friend actually had something similar on his elbow when he was 27, and he never had any issues after that.

fadedmarlin402 said:If you want to avoid getting blisters, you really shouldn't be gripping the steering wheel so tight. Honestly, you might want to look into getting the wheel reupholstered to make it more comfortable, especially if you feel like you have to white-knuckle it just to pull off some crazy stunts (which, by the way, I definitely don't recommend doing). As for popping them... please don't do that. It's just like when you have a burn; you're basically stripping away the skin's natural protective barrier. That can lead straight to an infection or inflammation, which ends up complicating things and could even land you on a course of antibiotics, not to mention all the other risks...

I mean, no matter how comfortable the wheel is, blisters are just going to happen eventually, and I’m probably better off not commenting on the whole stunt-driving thing🙂..
I know some of my buddies who drive constantly, and their palms are pretty much permanently calloused in those spots. I haven't dealt with it myself since I haven't been driving much through the winter, so my skin is still pretty normal. I'm mostly just wondering what the fastest way is to get these things to heal up..

So, here’s the deal... I ride BMX, doing tricks and all that, but I’ve been dealing with these annoying bruises constantly. I wanted to ask what they actually are and what the easiest way to handle them might be. For example, I just got a bruise on my palm from riding today, and I can tell if I pop it, it’s going to leak that nasty, reddish fluid. The last time I tried to drain one, the skin stayed really thin and fragile for a few days, so I had to wait quite a while for the new skin to grow back properly.
