I truly wouldn't want to be a nuisance, but would you mind giving us a brief rundown on how much weight you've actually lost, whether you're satisfied with the results, and if you've managed to maintain the weight? I suppose you've reached the final stage of the slimming process now that we're discussing plastic surgery.
