Tummy tuck: Removing excess skin

Hey there! Fingers crossed someone actually sees this and can help me out... So, my sister-in-law lost about 60 or 80 pounds after her third kid, and man, she’s left with a massive amount of loose skin. Her breasts are basically just hanging skin at this point. You can imagine how much that messes with her confidence. I was wondering if anyone knows if there's any chance Medicare would cover all or even part of the costs for tummy tuck surgery or a breast lift (even if it's just removing the excess skin or doing some implants)? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
