Dizziness and nausea while smoking

So, I'm 14 and I just started smoking about a week ago, and thank God I haven't run into any major issues yet. I've been sticking to Ronhill Silk White this whole time and they haven't bothered me at all, but then today I grabbed a white Walter Wolf from a buddy of mine and as soon as I took that first drag, my stomach just started killing me, so obviously I handed it right back to him. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing that? 🤷
