It’s not even about whether people like it or not. It's that there's nothing left to talk about. In some of these Kiko locations, the section for more substantial options has completely vanished.

Could you please let me know how their sizing runs? Like, if you could compare it to something like Old Navy, Bonprix, or maybe H&M? It feels like their size 20 is probably our 16 or something. Have you tried their pants yet? I’m thinking about grabbing some denim jeggings—nothing super skin-tight, just something that looks more like actual jeans. I really need to get my PayPal set up.
I wear a UK 24, but at Kohl’s, I usually grab a 3X.🙂
I don't dare buy pants online. You have to try them on first because fit depends entirely on the cut, the stretch, and the fabric. I don't do leggings, and I'll probably just stick to buying sweats at Kohl’s.🙂

I can vouch for that, and I should mention I picked up a few things from La Redoute too, back when they had free shipping and everything was on sale. Shipping took three days then, but that was probably because of the promo. Quality was good, but yeah, you definitely need to order a size up—at least for me. As for Bon Prix, I actually just swapped a shirt from there for one from Kohl's and the sizes are identical. Just a heads-up though, both were cotton. I've noticed the synthetic stuff always feels a bit bigger than the cotton ones, like it has more stretch, you know? Of course, it all depends on the cut, so ordering online is always a bit of a gamble. But what can you do when you don't have many options? I'd love to try YoursClothing, New Look, or ASOS too, but I don't have my PayPal set up yet. I'm planning to get it sorted ASAP because they have such cute stuff, I'm just a little hesitant because I have an apple shape, and it seems like most of their styles are meant for pear shapes. YoursClothing has these amazing jeans I've been eyeing for a while. I love jeans, but whenever I buy pants, I always have to get them tailored because they're always way too loose around my legs. And yeah, regarding the sizing—it matters if a size 16 is from the "regular" line or specifically the plus line. The stuff I got from La Redoute was from the regular line but ran large, so maybe that's why I needed a bigger size.
I'm an apple too—more like a barrel, honestly 😬 and ever since I started shopping at ASOS and New Look, I feel like a new person! The only thing is with New Look shirts, I make sure to check if it says "casual" or "regular fit." Their slim fit items are way too tight for me, and I'm not about that life.
She went to Kohl's today and picked up a vest for $10, a jacket for $30, and a shirt for about $6.75 from the queen-size section. Then she hit the petite department and found two absolutely gorgeous shirts. I was thrilled when I tried them on because they were three sizes too small—they’re oversized styles, but on me, they fit 😁 perfectly. I'll definitely be stopping by there more often. 😁
Heading down to the local hardware store today to see what they’ve got in stock. Honestly, their inventory has been pretty lackluster lately compared to our guys here, but they definitely hold an edge when it comes to those random household gadgets you don't know you need until you see them. 😁
Sure, except that discount only applies if you've already dropped about $40 on unlisted items. Everything I actually managed to find was already marked down 😁
Look, it’s not about being provocative. These pieces are actually quite short and light. I think they’re meant to be worn over a shirt or something similar because they're sheer—you can see the bra underneath through the fabric.
Anyone out there wearing a US size 18 or 20? I’ve got two pairs of leggings and a shirt in a size 24, but they have a slim fit. I’m looking to sell them for what I originally paid. They’ve been washed, but they’re brand new. Picked them up at New Look.
crimsonviper14 said:Oh, wait, then there's hope! Thanks so much. If it hits halfway down my butt, that works for me. Maybe a tiny bit shorter, but whatever. I don't own any short sherpa jackets, and this one is cool with that detail under the arm, plus the price is unbeatable. I'll grab the 20 since they don't have the 18, so I won't even have to stress about which 😛 would you have picked? Your actual size or maybe even a size up? Does the sizing run true to number?😁 I'm looking at those baseball tees too, so many combos. Such a shame yours shrank.
I just went with my usual size. The pink one is a bit big on me, but whatever. If I wear a thicker shirt underneath, it’ll be perfect. Besides, I hate it when a jacket feels too tight. 🙂 As for whether a size up would look good, I honestly can't tell. Might end up being way too huge.

Does it absolutely have to be in town? Haven't you looked at anything online?
crimsonviper14 said:This doesn't look great. I guess that jacket would probably look like a total disaster on a runway—like, the butt would be way too front and center, which isn't exactly the vibe she's going for. If it were at least a 65, maybe. But to me, it looks more like a 55. Just waiting on the actual measurements. 😉
So, my black Wish Upon a Star vest finally showed up today. Somehow, it feels like an 18 on me now. I mean, I can wear it, I guess, but maybe a larger size would’ve been better. Usually, 18 works fine for me, though... I guess it looks to me like those little sweaters don't fare too well in the wash or the dryer either. 😢
Here I am. The length is 65cm (and I have short legs 😬).
Those two New Look vests turned out way too short after the dryer test... and I hate that. Now I'm debating whether to sell them or what. On top of that, the ASOS Curve baseball tee I wanted so badly has shrunk, and frankly, it's just meh. I don't like everything being skin-tight, so I'm totally disappointed. I'll try to stretch it out, but it's never going in the dryer again.
Regarding New Look, I realized after washing that they sent me the wrong size for one of the sweaters—smaller than what I ordered. It still fits okay, but if it had been the larger size, it would have been perfect. 🙂
Sure, I'll move them tomorrow. On my 163 sq ft, they'll cover about two-thirds of the space. I'm not particularly happy with a few items, though; they didn't even pass the dryer test. 😬
