Placing an order for Yours http://www.yoursclothing.com/
They've got a massive sale going on right now—lots of stuff marked down.
If anyone wants to jump in so we can split the shipping costs, hit me up.

Placing an order for "Yours" tonight. Got a code for 10% off everything—if anyone wants in, just shoot me a DM.

crimsonbison59 said:Anyone here ever ordered from http://www.yoursclothing.co.uk/? I usually just stick to C&A. I need a size comparison if anyone knows. I grab size 48 trousers at C&A, and shirts are usually 48 or 50.
The site has some great stuff...

Scott Perez57 - I got my XL items at Dubrava. That's where I usually pick up things for special occasions.

Honestly, Yours is leagues ahead—better quality, better cuts, and the fit is just more flattering and comfy. My favorite part is they have catwalk videos on the site; seeing how it actually moves on a model helps me judge if it'll look baggy or hug my curves. I've ordered a bunch there and they've held up well, though I'm pear-shaped—not sure if the same logic applies to apple shapes.

Peek&Clopenburg has some pretty cute dresses—looks like they go up to a size 14 mostly. I’m certain about a size 12, though. Prices range from your standard mall fare to the pricier boutique stuff. They were the go-to spot about a year ago, so I assume they still are.

Ladies, the order's going out tonight or tomorrow at the latest—just waiting on us to finalize everything. We're at 5 people right now, but we'll sort out the details over DM. 😉

Looking for a few people to jump in on an order from http://www.yoursclothing.co.uk/ so we can split the $15 shipping fee.
Got a 15% discount code for full-price items—plus their sale section is actually decent right now. The quality is solid, too.
If you're in the LA area, we can just meet up locally, otherwise I can hit you up via USPS or whatever works best for you. 🙂

Some brands actually stick to standard sizing—like this, for example:
http://www.yoursclothing.co.uk/P/Nud...817900%29.aspx
But yeah, I’m with you—most of them just use those 3, 4, 5, 6 numbers... basically just weight brackets printed right on the bag. Not sure if Italian sizing hits those same weight ranges as the usual stuff, though.

Lisa Myers said:The Calzedonia outlet is definitely its own thing when it comes to $3.75. I haven't really looked at their dumbbells, though. Honestly, I’ve regretted buying standalone items before 😂. It's not their fault, though. It's just my own clumsy mistakes 🤣.

Hang in there, Lisa Myers! 🙂
How far does "stand alone" go? Since we're using Italian numbers here, do I need to subtract one or two?

Found some stuff that ships on its own—though honestly, shipping costs these days are just a total rip-off:

Halter tops...

There’s more where that came from.

Some socks from Bonprix too:

Thinking about placing an order with Yours Clothing. If anyone in the NYC area wants to jump in so we can split the shipping—hit me up. I’ve also got a 15% off coupon for full-price items.

Drew Gonzalez75 said:Does anyone know where I can find some skin-toned compression sleeves for weightlifting—maybe around 20 days worth of use—and some dumbbells in XL or XXL sizes? Looking in Chicago or somewhere online.
The cheaper, the better.🙂
As for the weights, I don't care about the aesthetics. They’re strictly for practical use, not for show.

Ugh, tell me about it—I need this too! 😍
Yours Truly has some stuff, but the stocking selection is tiny, and the garters and clips are way too "frilly" for my taste. Looking for something more low-key.

They’re thick—just like my legs—not exactly a feast for the eyes, if you catch my drift.
I can handle the heat just fine, but the cold? It absolutely kills me. My thyroid issues have basically "fine-tuned" my internal thermostat to be a total disaster. 😳

Zachary Grant3 said:All credit to Pink Clove. My package arrived in exactly eight days, including the weekend, via the shipping they recommended. Both the dress and the top are made of a lovely, heavy viscose; they drape beautifully and feel great against the skin. I am quite pleased. The sizing matches the chart perfectly.
I regret not taking better advantage of the free shipping by ordering more items at once.
I ordered the following:
http://www.pinkclove.co.uk/dresses-c...nels-p189#1246
The dress hangs a bit longer on me than it does on the model; I am about 5'6".

http://www.pinkclove.co.uk/tops-c1/p...nt-top-p83#534

I spent some time scrolling through their site—they've got some decent stuff, honestly. Though, they could definitely beef up the selection; feels a little thin compared to other shops out there.

I'm digging both your picks. Still, I'm hunting for something with longer sleeves—trying to keep my arms covered. 😳

Daniel Rogers50 said:Has anyone actually ordered from yoursclothing.co.uk before? I'm looking at their stuff and they seem to have some decent pants, leggings, and a few tees. Right now, I’m mostly just obsessing over my Pink Clover order—which I am desperately waiting for—and a little something from ASOS too.

Can you give me more info on Pink Clover? Maybe a link to the stuff you grabbed?
I did a little digging, but the US sites only show about ten plus-size options and they won't even ship here—plus, I couldn't find much else.

Carl Walker79 said:@Jeremy Cox49 This model is clearly taller than me. I'm just a shrimp at five-foot-eight, so everything fits perfectly fine for my size 🙂

@crimsonviper14 I honestly don't know. I grabbed this black ASOS cardigan from the photos—the one I'm wearing—and it fit like a glove. It’s easily my best purchase. You just have to aim for the right fit. But whatever, it’s not like it's a massive jacket. It fits, though it’s better if there's some breathing room for a shirt underneath. Besides, it's a jacket, and I can't stand them being skin-tight.

Must be nice having all those options—lucky you. I’m sitting here at 5'9", so for me, the whole "size matters" thing hits a little differently.
Fashion for curvy girls in Fashion ·
Carl Walker79, are these tees actually as short as they look in the pic? They seem kinda stubby—I’m just picturing this model sitting down and the shirt riding up so high his "bedsheets" would be showing. 😁

crimsonviper14 said:Thanks for chiming in. Seems like the stuff is great to me, too. Is it true what they say on the site about shipping being $8 for up to 12 items? If so, I guess it makes sense to just bundle everything together at once if possible. Do they ever run extra promos, like discount codes or free shipping deals?
Also, I’ve got a sizing question. I usually wear a US 14, but looking at the conversion chart next to the clothes, it says that’s a UK 16, though normally a 14 is a UK 18. So, which one should I actually grab?

Ugh, sorry for the delay—totally spaced out on checking this. 😳

Yep, shipping is £8. For those in the US, they occasionally do free or discounted shipping, but for everyone else, it’s pretty much standard.
I usually just grab a bunch of stuff at once, especially when things hit the sale section.
They have clearance sales pretty often—just gotta be quick, though, because sizes vanish almost instantly.
I’ve always stuck to the standard conversion (so you’re probably looking at a UK 18/US 14), and it’s worked fine for me. But honestly? Read the reviews. It all depends on the cut and whether you prefer a tight fit or something more relaxed. Also, the catwalk videos are actually a lifesaver—it helps to see how the fabric moves on a model (even if most of them are built way tougher than us, just a heads-up 😉 ).

Just wandering through some online shops, clicking those links posted here, and I stumbled upon this gorgeous jacket. Totally fell for it. Has anyone actually ordered from this site before?

http://www.yoursclothing.co.uk/P/Bla...h-(19097).aspx

I've ordered from Yours Clothing a few times now—everything from basic daily wear to fancy tunics and even a little coat—and honestly, I've had nothing but good experiences. The quality is solid, the sizing actually fits like it should, and I find myself reaching for their stuff all the time.
Just ordered this little jacket:

Lisa Myers said:I think this dress is beautiful, but those two "shirts/tunics" are just awful. They look totally old lady.

Yeah, I'm with you—there's definitely a better selection of cuts for women out there. That one on the left is way too baggy for her, honestly—she’d look much sharper in a smaller size, maybe with a different necklace to pull it all together.
Fashion for curvy girls in Fashion ·
nimbleheron47, that dress is killer! You could style it a million ways with different accessories, but honestly—even just wearing it plain—it’s a total vibe. 😍
Did you snag it this weekend while it was 25% off? What did it end up costing you?
Fashion for curvy girls in Fashion ·
Stone cold genius... 😁 ...honestly. 😉

Dorothy Perkins is doing 25% off everything plus free shipping—only got two days left.

Linda Johnson15 said:My package arrived last night with some bras and panties, and I have to say, getting three bras plus matching undies for $100 was actually a pretty solid deal 😁

They're soft, cotton, and actually sturdy enough for my size (95F)

Super happy with this purchase

Linda Johnson15, do they actually keep everything in place and "up"? 😁 I’ve never had luck with cotton bras before—I’m a 95D.
Maybe compare them to another brand you usually wear?
