I mean, personally, I think this stuff is just killer. Honestly, it’s out of stock right now, which is such a bummer, but whatever, it doesn't even matter...

So, I actually picked up a pair of their shoes recently, and I have to say, they are just, like, incredibly comfy. Seriously.

And I grabbed this too:

It's just one of those pieces, you know? It's super easy to wear, really low-maintenance when it comes to washing, and I feel like I could style it in a hundred different ways without it looking boring. Plus, it does a great job of hiding all the parts of my body I'd rather not show off, if you catch my drift.

Honestly, I feel like a whole new person ever since I discovered ASOS and Dorothy Perkins. Their sales numbers? Totally addictive, like I can't help myself. Okay, look, I can't try stuff on beforehand—which is a pain—but I totally make up for that because they offer free shipping and there aren't any crazy customs fees or extra taxes hitting my bank account, you know? Plus, I personally don't even bother looking at anything that costs more than maybe $50 bucks. And if, by some chance, a piece doesn't fit right—like, it's too tight, or way too baggy, or just kind of weirdly shaped, whatever—I just send it back. They either refund the money or I just swap it for a different size.
It’s honestly been such a lifesaver for me.
As for Skechers—they’re fine, I guess, but everything feels so incredibly sporty, you know? Like, not every single model works for me, but that’s definitely the vibe they lean into. With these other sites, though, you can actually find stuff for everything—like, something for a casual day out or even something a bit nicer for the holidays.

Scott Howard74 said:So I was asking my buddy about this whole hat situation, right? And he tells me—get this—if you just go out and buy like four ounces of whatever wool catches your eye, then boom, you’ve basically got yourself a hat. Simple as that. No big deal. Just grab the wool and call it a day. Honestly, people overcomplicate everything. It's just wool. Whatever. $20Look, if you actually want her to buy it for you, then fine. Go for it. But don't come crying to me when it happens. $23Honestly? She’d be done in like, one day. Easy. One shot and boom—finished.

Change of plans, everyone—mission aborted! I actually ended up getting a Christmas hat from the kids, so I guess there's no point in going through with the whole thing now. 🙂

Robin Stewart said:Hey ladies,

So, I’ve got some plus-size women's clothing (sizes 16-20) that I'm looking to move at a decent price. It's a bit of everything—tees, pants, tunics, even some dressier stuff for when you actually want to look fancy, I guess. Most of it still has the tags on, so it’s basically brand new. If anyone’s interested, maybe shoot me a DM? Catch ya later. :-)

Nicole Taylor80 said:Hey, I’ve also got some completely new items for sale—sizes 48, 50, and 52. I have shirts, blouses, you name it... plus, I have this stunning deep red satin dress and jacket set. They've never been worn because I mismeasured myself; they were custom-made locally and were quite expensive, so I’d be willing to let the whole set go for $300. If anyone is looking for a gorgeous formal outfit, especially perfect for a New Year's Eve party, sizes 50-52, please reach out to me at 099 7677774. Thanks, bye, and Happy New Year to everyone.

Hey, electriclynx45 and Nicole Taylor80—look, I’m gonna be real with you, it’s just not working without photos. Like, seriously, it’s super hard for anyone to actually slide into your DMs about this stuff when the whole inbox is just drowning, like, absolutely flooded, with endless piles of random scraps and junk. So, I guess what you really need to do is just upload a photo directly or maybe drop a link to your profile or some other image-sharing site... just make it easy, you know?🤷☕

Sure, thanks.
Just one more thing though, because I feel like we might have had a bit of a misunderstanding here. Honestly, that cap caused me nothing but trouble before, so if it’s all good, I’d much rather skip it entirely. I was thinking maybe something a bit more laid-back, kind of like the model in the photo above, just without the brim. To be honest, having a hat like that just totally messes with my sense of direction, I guess.🤷

You totally can, but I think I’d actually prefer something more like this:

image

I used to wear the one I have in front for a little while, but honestly, it’s just such a pain now because I’m always wearing glasses and I end up getting all blinded by the glare. Don't even ask me how or why, but whenever I throw on a hat, it just clashes with my glasses, and then they start slipping down, so I’m basically spinning in circles trying to fix both at once. And of course, it always happens right when I'm driving. I mean, if I'm just spinning around on the subway it’s whatever, but I’ve realized it gets super awkward sometimes.

So, if you could make it... yeah, I’d really appreciate that. And maybe in like an off-white or dirty white color? Just shoot me a DM with the price. 🎉

edit: See how it looks a bit wider and more comfortable? That’s kind of what I’m going for. I want enough room so my head and hair actually fit inside comfortably. Plus, I need space for my headphones when I'm walking around listening to music.🙂

I guess I’ll probably give it a shot the first time I happen to stumble upon a model like that, maybe? 🙂
thnx!

Should I go with wool, maybe some crochet, or just whatever random stuff is lying around?

Man, guys,

So, look, for years now—and I mean like, for a really long time—besides my struggle with finding jeans that actually fit, I’ve got this other (okay, let’s be honest, maybe it's more like one 🎉 ) massive headache. I seriously cannot figure out what kind of hat to buy. Every single cap I try on ends up looking like some weird little bottle cap sitting on top of my head because of how my proportions work, you know? It’s just ridiculous. So, anyway—what’s your experience been like? Like, which styles actually work for you without making you look totally absurd?

A fedora? Yeah, no thanks, hard pass.
A wool beanie? My head starts itching immediately because it's too tight, but if I go for a looser one, then my ears start freezing off.
The whole thing is just, I don't know, what model should I even look for? Like, some kind of wool blend, maybe fleece? Or like a chunky knit thing? Who knows??? 🤷

Thomas Hayes5 said:It’s 36 I Street. I don't recall the exact name—I used to live quite close by—but it's right in that passage, just before you hit the Chase Bank if you're heading in from the downtown plaza area.

So, what kind of prices are we talking about in that store? Like, how much for some pants or a jacket? Is it more like a Target or a H&M type of vibe?
