I see Spieth sitting at +5—that is such a massive gap to make up if he wants to catch the leaders.

It’s what I call the slow slide into mediocrity. 🤷

Cats or dogs? Honestly, it’s the ultimate debate—much like deciding between New York or Los Angeles! 🤷

I haven't seen a dedicated thread for this yet, though I’ve been itching to dig into it myself! Honestly, I think folks on this forum enjoy more than just the standard headlines—you know, the usual "who signed where," which club got relegated, or those "top 10" lists. While that's fine, there's something much more engaging about stumbling upon a deep dive or a unique story regarding the beautiful game. 😁

To kick things off with some homegrown content, there's this newly launched website that’s already serving up some really compelling pieces: http://baraz.co/

Then, of course, we have the long-standing In bed with Pelé—who, if I'm being honest, doesn't post nearly as often as he used to. I'll admit, I haven't checked in on him much lately.

Just a couple of days ago, I also stumbled upon ESPN. They drop one or two articles almost every day, and I'm finding them fantastic—they offer these slightly alternative perspectives (even if they do cover the big names too), keeping things concise without getting bogged down in unnecessary fluff. Even though I was already aware of most of the big news, it was a great starting point to find an interesting piece about the Washington, D.C. Spartan team. They even have sections broken down by cities, coaches, and more. I’ve been binge-reading for several days now! 😁

There are plenty of other sites like these, so I won't dump them all here at once—this is just the appetizer. Please, feel free to toss in your own recommendations! ☕

And hey, don't forget about football books—feel free to drop a review or two. ☕

Bojan Đorđić 🙏

Honestly, someone really ought to have dug him up years ago.

I happened to stumble upon a little article about him the other day—which was quite a surprise, really—but before that, I hadn't heard a single word about him in ages!

By the way, regarding that clown from Petrin—based on what that Bridge defender (who clearly supports him) was posting on political forums, it looks like everything was already a done deal with the Republican Party anyway. It was all just theater.

As for Bridge and Petrov—from what we've seen so far, it's obvious they aren't the "change" people are looking for. We're basically stuck waiting for someone decent to show up in the next election. If someone comes along with an actual, clear reform plan—and more importantly, a way to actually implement it—without making a massive media circus out of it, they'll easily grab 30 seats. Meanwhile, this crowd with nothing but a wish list barely scraped together 20.

But let's be real—the next election is way too soon for that kind of shift.

Gerrard, come on—can't you see he's clearly on the decline?

The roster rotations just aren't what they used to be—everything feels so different now!

Amanda Evans2 said:In your previous response, when you were trying so hard to convince me that we aren't looking for an excuse but rather the cause... wouldn't it be more accurate to say we are looking for the catalyst instead of the cause?

brightpilot6 said:Academician Fomenko—and I think he’s actually got a point here—isn't trying to debunk the geological age of the planet itself, but rather he's challenging the mainstream timeline we've all been taught ☕

Even if he hadn't officially stepped into that role—and let’s be honest, it wasn't exactly his specialty—if he had just taken the reins on that one specific issue... man, I truly believe he could have extended the lifespan of this entire nation by several thousand years! ☕

And yet, we all know the truth is that the world was created in 4004 B.C., just as the Presbyterian Church teaches through the Gospel of Jesus and the Judgment of the Eighth Day—the only true faith, if one is seeking clarity.

It’s entirely possible—though I suspect even a fringe theorist like Fomenko would probably nod along to that one. 🤷

So, when you're out there hunting for motives and digging through the causes—if I may be so bold as to put it that way—are you actually getting anywhere, or what?
