Lump in breast (men)

I felt this little lump about 4-5 cm below my right nipple. It's roughly the size of a grain of rice, and when I press on it with my finger, it feels like it moves around under the skin. Could this actually be breast cancer, and is it even possible for a lump to be located that low down?
