I was reading about industrial revitalization the other day, and it got me thinking about how much we tend to write off old infrastructure. We live in this incredibly throwaway culture where, if a system starts losing efficiency or a facility starts showing signs of age, the knee-jerk reaction is usually to just scrap it and build something brand new from the ground up. It seems like the most expensive and wasteful way to solve a problem if we aren't looking at how to fix what's already there.

It’s a similar vibe to how we treat tech or even certain types of real estate. We’re so obsessed with the "new and shiny" that we ignore the massive amount of latent value sitting right under our feet—literally and figuratively. I’ve always felt that the real genius isn't in starting from scratch, but in the ingenuity required to breathe life back into something that everyone else has already given up on. There's a certain kind of grit in reclamation that a fresh build just can't match.

Do you think we're getting too lazy by always opting for the "new build" instead of investing in the R&D needed to repair and upgrade our existing foundations?
Alright, first question on the table—out of those three, which browser is actually the best to use?
Look, there’s a massive difference here, like comparing a classic Volkswagen Golf II to a modern Volkswagen Golf VII 😁. I’ve been using Windows XP forever, and now that I finally have my first new machine, I'm hitting my first real snag.

On my old setup running Windows XP, I use Google Chrome. It works perfectly for me and I know my way around it. On this new Windows 10 computer, I currently have Mozilla installed along with the standard Microsoft Edge. Which one should I actually be using? Should I just go ahead and install Google Chrome again?
All my emails are tied to my Google account, and all my bookmarks are sitting right there in Chrome.
What's the best way to move those bookmarks over to a different browser?

Just a heads-up, I’m definitely not a tech expert, so please keep the answers and instructions simple enough for someone like me. 🕺

Thanks!
