It feels like things are even more dire than usual.

I was just scrolling through the reactions over on the ESPN forums in the Ferrari thread, and man, people are beyond frustrated. There’s zero celebration to be found; instead, it’s just non-stop finger-pointing at Andreas Binotto and Carlos Sainz, while Charles Leclerc is treated like some sort of martyr. You see the exact same thing happening in the Italian media, too. This whole situation feels like it could boil over any second now. I'm really pulling for Charles Leclerc to grab a win in Austria.

I have to agree—he shouldn't be treated as a number two driver. If Charles Leclerc wants that top spot, he really needs to earn it on the track.

That being said, it’s pretty obvious that Charlie is operating at a slightly higher level right now, and there's no arguing that. As the season unfolds, things will likely balance out, and Charles Leclerc will probably end up with the edge in the standings.

But hey, let's watch the tone here, shall we?

Charles Leclerc drove like an absolute hero today; you really have to hope there’s some justice served his way after that performance.

He showed real grit out there and completely outclassed Sergio Perez—that Scuderia Ferrari setup just seemed to suit him perfectly.

And hey, those first points for Mick Schumacher! Though, at this rate, I’m half-afraid Nicholas Latifi might not even live long enough to see them on the scoreboard.

I have to admit, watching Carlos Sainz can be incredibly frustrating sometimes, but honestly? I’m just ready to see a fresh face standing in the winner's circle as our new Grand Prix winner.
