I have been doing a bit of digging 😉 regarding laser eye surgery through my local optometrist. Their take is that the procedure carries significant risks, and they actually advise against it for anyone with a prescription lower than -10.00
. Furthermore, they mentioned it isn't an option for minors, and there is a requirement to sign a legal waiver releasing them from any liability. To be honest, I find the whole situation somewhat suspicious. If I recall correctly, this specific method for correcting vision isn't exactly a long-standing medical standard, which leaves me wondering about the long-term effects. We simply don't have enough data on how patients will react twenty years down the line—specifically whether their vision will continue to deteriorate despite having undergone the laser treatment in the first place.

Honestly, what kind of nonsense is this? I had one day where I was getting shocked constantly; people were practically running away from me like I was some kind of hazard 😁 but I’m perfectly fine—healthy, stable, and completely normal 🙄 thank God 😛 Just carry something to help ground yourself and that's the end of it. You aren't hurt. Don't worry about it 😁 👍

That is exactly right. When you consider that these pills are designed to create dependency, then technically speaking, you are engaging in drug use. 😉 But let’s be honest—it is significantly easier to "come down" from a pill than it is from something like heroin. 😁 You have to make a conscious, deliberate decision to walk away from this, and you must be absolutely certain of your own resolve. When the pain strikes again—and it will—you need to be able to tell yourself firmly: "This will pass; I am not reaching for a pill." It is a mental discipline that requires strength. It would also be immensely helpful if you had a reliable support system in place. Having someone close to you—perhaps a best friend, a partner, a mother, or a sister—to lean on can make all the difference. Having them physically and emotionally present during those moments when the cravings hit is vital. Wishing you the very best of luck. 🙂

hmmm
I am honestly at a loss for words regarding what you're going through.
I have never found myself in a situation quite like this before. Generally speaking, I am quite cautious about medication; I’m not the type to reach for a pill just because of a minor ache. If I get a headache, my first instinct is to brew a cup of tea and wait it out—which usually does the trick. On the rare occasion it doesn't, I might take an aspirin, but that's about the extent of it. Given how serious this sounds, have you considered consulting a professional? It really is a significant matter, so please, at least seek advice from your primary care physician or a specialist. I am rooting for you!😉

I’m getting literal shocks from my cat! 😢 I am being completely serious—whenever I pet my cat, even just for a little bit, I end up running away from anything metallic for hours afterward. I can't even touch another person without getting zapped. It’s a total shock for both of us. So, what does this actually mean? Is my cat some kind of freak, or is there something wrong with me? I feel so helpless here... 🙄 😉
